Please help to identify italian song

I ran across this song and I dont speak any italian so its impossible to identify what it is. Please help!

There are 3 songs actually, I've never heard any of them but I found something.
The first is an old song "L'ultima donna vera" by Christian from the album "Cara", but I don't know where you can find the complete song.

The second song is Claudio Damiani - Quando l'amore non c'è più from the album "Libera" '81/82. The album was very popular in USSR, i think even more than in Italy itself, and still can be found on russian torrent servers.

I would appreciate if some italian speaker posts the complete lyrics of the song. I could translate, but I just can't recognize some words by ears.

In fact, it's the first time I hear his name, unless he's a poet...
