This is a song of the Mau rebellion, specifically of the period February 1928 and mentions George Richardson ordering the mass arrests of Mau members. This song appears on a compilation CD "Music of Oceania", published by the University of Basle (Switzerland). I am told it is also in a collection at Auckland University. Accompanying notes state that the song was recorded by the Western Samoa Broadcasting Department in 1940, and is led by Aiolupotea Suni of Neiafu.
