Valenki (traditional)

I was wondering if anyone have the lyrics to Valenki by Pelageya (Пелагея - Валенки). Is there any translations of this song? All I know is that it's a traditional song about Valenki-boots, but would like to know the actual lyrics.. And Pelageyas version preferably, since she is the best=)

Miversen, you're right, the song is a folklore. The lyrics remained tradional, but the maner of singing was lost, so today noboy knows, what melody and tune were traditional.

*Kolya - is a name, the diminutive from Nikolay.

What about Pelageya, practically all her lyrics are traditional, but she never takes the traditional music. The melody is always modern as far as I know. I like many songs by Pelageya=)
