    Default Mi Smo Momci Licani

Hey everybody, I love the variety of songs that have been on the forum lately!

I was wondering if someone could translate this song below into English, and could someone please tell me the difference between "garava" and "nevjerna" and if they are nouns or adjectives? Most appreciated as always.

MI SMO MOMCI LIČANI by Slavko Sigurnjak

Nema meda, nema meda koji se ne vrca,
Ni curice, ni curice, koja nema srca, koja nema srca!

Koja cura pjevat znade nek ide ovamo,
Mi smo momci Ličani, mi pjevati znamo!

Ej da mi je, ej da mi je, dobiti od prije,
Malo vina, malo vina i malo rakije i malo rakije!

Koja cura popit voli, nek dođe ovamo,
Mi smo momci Ličani, mi liječiti znamo!

Ja sam išo, ja sam išo i opet ću ići,
Tuđoj ženi, tuđoj ženi pa što bude meni pa što bude meni!

Koja cura ljubav želi nek dođe ovamo,
Mi smo momci Ličani, mi ljubiti znamo!

Tuđa žena, tuđa žena, širi svoje ruke,
A rođena, a rođena, stavlja me na muke!

Koja žena ruke širi, nek dođe ovamo,
Mi smo momci Ličani, mi grliti znamo!

I'm not sure could I translate this dialect, let me try
    But first:
"garava" - means black, swarthy (feminine), usually black, vivid and diabolic
sooty fireplace - garav (čađav) odžak; garava devojka, garav konj - swarthy girl, black horse).
"Garav", adj - sooty (swarthy, dirty)

    nevjerna (neverna) - unfaithful, disloyal

Ličani - people from Lika, town in Croatia

We are guys from Lika (Lika's guys)

There is no honey, no honey which can't taste
nor a girl, no girl who is without a heart, who is without a heart!

A girl who knows to sing - (let her) go there
we are guys from Luka, we know how to sing (celebrate, have fun)!

Eh, how I wish, how I wish to get from mother-in-low (?, maybe it means just female friend, chum)
some wine, some wine and some (little of) brandy!

A girl who likes to snap a drink, come here
we are guys from Luka, we know how to cure

I've been going, I've been going and I'll go again
to the other man's woman, the other man's woman
so what could happen to me, let it happen!

A girl who wants love, come here
we are guys from Luka, we know how to kiss (love, make love)

the other man's woman, the other man's woman, spread her arms
but my own wife, my own wife tortures me!

A woman who spreads her arms, come here
we are guys from Luka, we know how to hug!

    Good job ina!

Just Lika is a region in Croatia not town, but it's ok...
translation is good, and yes prija is like friend
    prija(teljica).
''Glupost je sama u sebe zaljubljena i njeno je samoljublje bezgranično.''

    ''Siamo niente senza fantasie''

''Наверное мне место на луне, но страшно оставаться в темноте''
