Need help finding the name of a song

Im looking for an old techno/disco song.

In the hindi movie Taal, its played when manav is handing the MTV award to mansi. The lyrics go something like this
"Come on and sing with me, come on and dance with me, now its time for falling in love"

Its an english song.

Thing is with Techno, real techo I mean, the tracks don't have lyrics so the song will be a sample from an already established track...

The vocal sampled might be English but the actual track won't be

This song isn't techno, but the lyrics match, so its worth a shot
