I heard a song ending which sounded like

Ready ready ready to go on (Go on should be read Happen) ("to" was "could")
let me go" (end of song) (me should be read them)

Sounded like a male voice, solo or leader of a group
Slow, romantic style or love song.

It was a videoclip from MTVla, broadcasted at night between 02 and 03 November 2009, around 24.00 hs (GMT -3) time
(Indeed it was, it was a promo inserted among the songs of a countdown)
Number of "ready" could vary in the lyrics Might be 1 more or 1 less
Not sure about go on, could be go elongated (it was Happen)
Go could be know (It was happen)

Cause could be "because" or "Cos" in the lyrics and "I'm" could be "I am" shortened by the vocalist. (it is sung but not listed in the lyrics I found)

The song I was trying to find was "The Universal" by "The Blur"
