help - trying to get 90s pop song

I'm trying to track down a song that I believe is 90s pop, sounds similar to No Mercy's "where do you go" or Double You's "please don't go." The lyrics go something like:

mm-hmm, yeah yeah
mm-hmm, yeah yeah
mm-hmm, yeah yeah, I can't let you go
mm mm "parra"?, mm mm "parra"?, can't get you out of my head
