Ok, there's this song that plays in the background of a promo clip for Smallville and i really need to know what the song is called and who sings it.

I believe the song your looking for is by a band called Five for Fighting and the song name Superman.

sry to bring up a dead thread, but i would like to know the name of the song as well, its not Superman by Five for Fighting but the song is also featured on a commercial for an upcoming series on TLC "Ice Diaries"...

i saw an episode from Smallville season 5 today, the christmas one called "Lexmas". I just wondered, when Chloe sits in her office with all the toys, there is a christmal carol in the background, but it wasn't on the music page at the www.thewb.com i just wondered if anyone here could help me? thanks.
