Can't find this techno song.

I had this song a while back on my old iPod (Died over a year ago) and I had this track that I used to play a lot, I thought it was Chemical Brothers but after searching since 10:30pm (4am now) and no luck, I need help.

It started off with an obvious techno beat, matched with a guy saying something like "Who Is Your Master" or "I Am Your Master" something like that, no it is not Lords of Acid - Special Moments, that's one of the dead ends that led me here, please let me know what you can.

And if it ISN'T The Chemical Brothers, it sounds a lot like them.
