I don't know, maybe: mosh 3arfah, momken/e7temal (Egyptians do not say "yemken")<---- I agree with daydream... however, the most used word for maybe is momken.... which can be also used as "could you"
    Everything: kol 7aga
    5 minutes: 5amas d2aye2
You are my happiness: Enta kol s3adti, danta elfar7a kolo
    soon: orayeb
How is your mom?: ezzay mamtak<---- other word is omy
How is your brother?: ezzay a5ok
How is your sister? ezzay o5tak
Send mom my love: eb3at 7obi li mamtak [if you mean your love to your own mom then it's eb3at le mama 7obi (from a female speaking to a male)]
relax: hadi a3sabak (this means calm down, if you were telling the person to relax in that sense, but if you mean like rest and relaxation then the term is "esteraya7" again, speaking to a male)
    sorry: asfah... / aseefa
can you help me?: momken tesa3dni
You are so beautiful to me: enta gameel/7elo awi/gedan fi nazreti
thank you for everything: bashkorak 3ala kol 7aga (You may also say merci 3ala kol 7aga)
    see you soon: ashoufak orayeb
Is the tea good? : elshay kwayes?
    are you hungry?: enta ga3an?
    with: m3
    without bedoun/ min 3'er

NOte: I did the translation from women to a man
Hope it clears things a lil bit!

The first part I corrected it for Zahra :

    I am coming

    أنا جي
    don't leave

    ما تمشيش

I think you got the conjugation by your second post , right ?
