indelwyn - a lot of what you've posted isn't Egyptian :\ Some of it is Fus7a and some of it is other dialects, but they just put it as a "G" instead of "J" or "Z" instead of "TH" but the terms are incorrect.. hmm, I'm going to correct a few because it's a long list

This one has the most mistakes..
Who.... mun? - meen
What ... matha? - eh
Where.. ayna? - fein
When... mata? - emta
Why... lematha? - leh
How... kayfa? - ezay
Phrases
What are you doing?
matha taf3al? (m) - bete3mel eh?
matha taf3aleen? (f) bete3meli eh?
Please be quiet.
eza sama7ti, eskoti (f)
eza sama7t, eskot (m)
You are mean.
anta ta3ni (m) - danta la2eem/w7esh
anti ta3neen (f) - danti la2eema/we7sha
You are nice.
anta lateef (m)
anti lateefa (f)
*this is correct you can also say "enta zareef (m), enti zareefa (f)"
Don't worry about it.
la taklak ala thalek (m) wala yhemak
la taklaki ala thalek (f) wala yhemek
for many phrases it depends on who you're saying it to, and HOW you want to say it because for "be quiet" it's literally eskot, but some may find it to be impolite or mean so "ehdi (f), ehda (m)" meaning to calm down, may be a better fit.. It's easier when you tell who you are addressing and in what sense you wish to address themYa reitni 2amle b sha3rak, kel lama ashta2lak atsa7sel w ashoufak ♥
