Help me identify this song (Pop/electronic)

This song was playing on a local top 40 radio earlier, and I can't figure it out.

- The song start with electronic music (intro sounds something like the tetris theme)
- There is at least one female singer and there's a male singer (saying some rap-like phrases from time to time)
- The song is mainly about the female singer always being with someone (even when she breaks up with her BF and she is all alone, she finds love quickly again)

I wish I can offer more clues, but that is all I remember... Any idea?
