The Wall

There's a song on the movie "The Wall" that I cannot find on the actual album. It the song that plays when the flowers somewhat morph into the male and female parts and they bond... the lyrics go " wh**es from the east contract disease...something cherry cokes delight.." it finishes with the words "with out backs to the wall" it's a catchy tune, but I cannot find the name of it anywhere.

Can it be some kind of alteration version from Pink Floyd's Empty Spaces?

I don't know the album as such but I have found out that the lyrics for What Shall We Do Now are printed on the inner sleeve but the song didn't make it to the album as Side 2 was too long, therefore the song was dropped.

"Two flowers are "mating", but it turns into a bloody fight between dragons and sexes. A hammer hits against the camera-lens."
