Te uita cum ninge decembre
Spre geam, iubito, priveste
Mai spune s-aduca jaratec
Si focul s-aud cum trosneste

Si mana-n fotoliu spre soba
La foc sa ascult vijelia
Sau zilele mele totuna
As vrea sa le-nvat simfonia

Mai spune s-aduca si ceaiul
Si vino si tu mai aproape
Citeste-mi ceva de la poluri
Si ninga zapada ne-ngroape

Ce cald e aicia la tine
SI toate in casa-mi sunt sfinte
Te uita cum ninge decembre
Nu rade, citeste-nainte

E ziua si ce intuneric
Mai spune s-aduca si lampa
Te uita zapada-i cat gardu
Si-aprinzi promoroaca si clampa

Eu nu ma mai duc azi acasa
Potop e-napoi si-nainte
Te uita cum ninge decembre
Nu rade citeste-naïnte

I studied this poem while i was in College, we analyzed this in-depth for many hours... this brought back memories, thanks
This poem ' Decembre' is a masterpiece , and not a foolishness of a man geniusly insane
Have you ever read any analysis about this ? You should, u will understand this poem much better, but i have no idea if it can be found in english

I did the english version, and i will let the turkish version to a "friend"

Te uita cum ninge decembre

Look towards the window honey
Tell it to bring more ember
And then hear the fire crackling

Si mana-n fotoliu spre soba
La foc sa ascult vijelia
Sau zilele mele totuna
As vrea sa le-nvat simfonia

And the hand in the sofa towards the stove
To listen to the thunderstorm at the fire
Or my days all together
would like to listen to their symphony

Si vino si tu mai aproape
Citeste-mi ceva de la poluri
Si ninga zapada ne-ngroape

Tell them to bring the tea
And you should come closer also

Flood caused from his memories (back and forth = past an future) he is scared of what was and what will be.So he preferes to stay there with that woman instead of leaving he wants to live in the present he feels safe only there "
