    Well i can assure you it isn't an Germanic language (English, Dutch, German, etcetera) and also not an Slavic language (Polish, Russian, Ukraine, etcetera).

    Personally i think it's more Arabic, at least somewhere from the northside of Africa. But i really haven't got a clue.

    Don't you have the title of the song? Or the performer? This would help a lot...
