I think it's Jordanian accent, it's hard to be Lebanese.

I heard it as عجل
and I know that in some cities in my country they use this word, but the closest translation I could find for it is "then"

And I agree Oriee that it is to hard to be Lebanese, it is either Jordanian or Syrian (parts close to the borders)
