"Magnifico" means "wonderful",
"bambino" "child",
"mange" is a dialect word for "mangia" "eat"
"mamma mia" is an exclamation like "Good gracious!"
The last phrase "capisce paisan" I guess it's the neapolitan way for "do you understand, friend?"
