As you probably know, The Blue Effect was a rock group from Czechoslovakia. It appears to me that the author of the lyrics had limited English grammar skills so some of the phrasing doesn’t make sense. Here's my stab at it:
I thinks you'll be my dear friend
Like the big and strong, strong machine
Walking I notice the pavements
Marvelous strange, the stranger for me
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, cars are tooting
I get tired but so happy as cars pull by
Life and love are so wonderful
and I'll be nobody's fool
I have found my way in this thing
Merciless and without feeling
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, cars are tooting
I get tired but so happy as cars pull by
I am young and seeking food
with my solemn and with my blues
Glad I’ll sing your circle sound
They’ll believe all evil is uptown
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, cars are tooting
I get tired but so happy as cars pull by
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, cars are tooting
I get tired but so happy as cars pull by
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, cars are tooting
I get tired but so happy as cars pull by

I also found a cover version of the song by the group, November 2nd.
However, I hear different lyrics. Maybe they also couldn’t understand the original lyrics.

Sing it to you my dear friend
Like Beatles from a song machine
Locking up doors ________________
My, that was strange, the stranger believes
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Life is no longer wonderful
And so I would be a falling fool
I am young and seeking truth
All with myself and with my blues
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, I'm singing, stars are too deep
I'm tired but so happy I start aloud
Sun is so bright, Sun is so bright, Sun is so bright.
