need help figuring out this song

i heard this song on the radio on the oldies station and they never said what it was. i only know that she says 'doot doot do do doo do do doot!'

its like one chick. not slow. pretty fast paced.

she answers a phone call a few times in a really high pitched voice and says 'HELLOW?!'

and the whole time she is like yelling/screaming/singing...

it was on the oldies station so im assuming its not anything new. (haha)

help me!!! its killing me to find out what the hell it is!!
