This song makes my head hurt, but I love it! Here's the lyrics, and it'll give you all a nice challenge:

    Hearst
    was hat der Bua
was braucht er für a Medizin?
    Geh schau
    geh schau da was an
    der was genau -

Der Peter und der Rote hab'n dem Kas ane geb'n

    eahm hat's wie Hauptfett aufg'stellt

    volle Wäsch' in d'Wand
    war des scheen.
    Der Guck schmiert ab
    der Stockchef kommt
    a G'spiel wird inszeniert

wobei der Rote 'n Peter sein komplette Auslös inhaliert.

    Man ruft den Doktor
    Doktor
    der Peter sieht rot

    Doktor
    Doktor
    ana fragt: "Is der tot?"

    Wiener Blut
    in diesem Saft die Kraft
    die Wiener Glut

    kommt ana link uns

    oh
    oh
    oh
    ...

    Hearst
    der is da arg
was is des für a Medizin?

Der Professor hat an Dreia ausg'faßt
    heut geht er ham

sein Weg führt ihn direkt in Prata
    in d'Allee mit de Bam.
    Kein Bein allein
    er fasziniert sein Gürteltier erblickt

jedoch die Beste mit an "Jetzt kummst?"
    Stop retour
    in Krieag ihn schickt.

    Man ruft den Doktor
    Doktor
    weil der Professor sieht rot

    Doktor
    Doktor
    ana fragt: "Is der tot?"

    Wiener Blut

I think in this song are many synonyms for persons or situations and I cannot translate it as I do not know the background or so to say the context about what Falco wanted to express. I guess he wanted to say something with this song but I couldn`t find out. I am sorry, and so some lines I couldn´t translate.

I knowthe WIENER BLUT is also an opera by J. Strauss and I have read that the high society of Vienna called themselves also Wiener BLut (Blood of Vienna)

    Default Hi!

On the internet I've found a wonderfull translation/explaination to a simular question in German.
I translated it in English, with a machine ;-) it 's so much. But I think you will understand the Story.

Hi, just a small correction, which is not "Austrian", but Viennese, for example, what one Vorarlberg, Styria and other Austrians did not quite understand, because the dialects are very different, but this is still largely at the Viennese to the half and is the underworld, in the first 2 thirds of the text to the events happening in the prison and it is also a special "prison language" is. The "translation" is not easy, because many terms and phrases can not simply be faithfully translated into High German in spirit and there is only one implementation.
The song is called VIENNA BLOOD, like the operetta v.. John Strauß.Los goes:
Hearst = listen, listen, or even just: hey, what's the boy that he needs medicine? Go look, go look at that, who knows (how to do it) ... The Peter and the Red (nickname for a redhead) have the prison warden (KAZ) a reingehauen that it has set it up vertically, and flung him against the wall, full bull that was nice of Supervisors ( "Look" comes from the "lookout" ) "from smears" = observed fits, the floor leader (Chief of the floor, including a supervisor), comes a play is staged, in this case, an illegal (probably lucky) play, while St. Peter's totally finished off the Red ( excluded) will (be complete tripping inhaled), you call the doctor because of the Peter sees red, one wonders: is he dead? Wiener Blut, in this sap the strength, the Vienna fire. Come to us on a tour of a crooked, we're coming into a rage until he does it recognize (recognize). We have the medicine, the decadence, we have awarded a prize, but we are morally fallen by the wayside. We are + + are falling, we have the medicine. Listen, but which is bad, what is the medicine? Aufgebrummt The professor (probably) the nickname for an educated occupants has 3 years to get (to Dreia ausgfasst), today he is released (he goes home he goes ham =), his journey leads him directly into the Prater (Prater is not only an amusement park, but also a very big forest and meadows recreation area with a lot of roads where, for example, in certain avenues of Rustenschacherallee at night the prostitutes standing), with a leg alone "-" leg "- the Viennese" Baa "But Falco sagts High German, here, is meant a very vulgar and seedy prostitute, he wants to say, not a prostitute without her pimp, "he perceives to be fascinated armadillo" - Falco makes a pun here, because even at Vienna's belt, which is one of the longest main streets and dichtbefahrensten Vienna, at night the prostitutes may be in parts, the belt is a mile for it. "However, the best" = Good but it sends a "only now you come here?" continues (in the war = "in Kriag schickn") You call the doctor, because the professor sees red. (In Vienna, one says to the doctor, "Doctor"). Doctor, doctor, and one wonders: is he dead? Wiener Blut, with murder and manslaughter, we have nothing to do, but for a joke (a lark) We have always, for you and me in Vienna, we present to Vienna, was also at the Club 45 (researched, the Club 45 was 1973 by the Wr. SPÖ formed and it consisted of many Austrian politicians such as Androsch or celebrities in high society as Udo Proksch, who later acquired by the "case Lucona" notoriety, an) we are inside, there we are among us very intimate, standing, falling and lying down. We present Vienna until he realizes: we have the medicine, the decadence, we have awarded a prize. ( "Medicine" is used here as a metaphor Falco, referring to not only the violence in the red light district, but also the double standards and corruption of some politicians who know it are directed over and over again "and to know, but alludes also to shady people who also included in the illustrious circle of the club have been). Maybe Falco plays with the often repeated "sees red" also to the Socialist Party, as well as most red-light district, and how wonderful it all fits to the Vienna also red blood. But this is only a thought from me. I hope I have helped you with it!

I am an authentic Viennese and very familiar with the Viennese , since I've always been interested, also read a lot about it, and run self-taught linguistics. And I love it because it has so many facets!

Uhm, "Hetz(e)" may these days many arguably surely luckily use in a context without knowing about its origin, but I doubt it was used as translateable as only "joke". Context of how running stuff, e.g. company and requirement to be like parkour style with 200kg of a palette, and context of the word Hetz(e) in its original meaning e.g.: http://www.stadtbekannt.at/Die-Wiener-Hetz/
That is what English speakers would sort of know from that so-called fox hunt thing in England, where there is a Hetz of dogs on fox, a notch or two worse in case of Vienna. Inbetween I would count bull killing for amusement of crowd I suppose.

Anyhow, the song isn't (just) a complainment about corruption. That is especially going from the song video, e.g.:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMrwcix41sY
sort of overall topics are "Scheinheiligkeit" (sanctimony), see scene with halo-window where the line "With murder and killings we have nothing to do but we are always good for a Hetz.", somewhat poetically translated: "With murder and killings we have nothing to do but we are always good for what you do." (not what "Hetz" properly translates to, but if you would want to make the song with lyrics in English it would be somewhat like that I suppose.)
There is more to it, but partially I would perhaps be adding my own or even replace intended meaning. Tho while Vienna certainly has some particularities, the thing of some successful enterpreneur or even professor having a high standing with journalists and in sort of national social life (which dates back to feudalhood anyhow) even tho their professional role isn't necessarily always such and e.g. a factually political opinion may be presented as if some expert statement of authority, that seems not exclusive to "Wiener Blut" however exclusive really. Also, them in plastic sacks, they employees, so when I mention minimum wage (if it exists places) while company makes really a lot of money, respectivly them employees socalledly rake in the profits, and doesn't necessarily even pay for employee outfit required by dress code (and such often involving dry cleaning clothing) and all that while even at physical work, for many it unfortunately doesn't seem as a thing completely unknown. And in such context the Bonaparte thing can easily be explained as that the employer acts as if absolutist king of his company while as a matter of fact even at full single person ownership it does not make the man a state authority, meaning that he respectivly company entity can't legally have a complete code of law of its own. E.g. even a professor of medicine with a pharmaceutics company of his own is not above the law, such as when a particular substance is prohibited then he himself can't legally really overstep such legal bounds. Tho firstly from the video it seems a "Look at us having all that money and (natural and chemical) pharmaceuticals and living in a sort of enclave where holding what many would call monopoly, not only a business one perhaps but also e.g. in terms of academical authority. "Wir haben die Glut im Blut, und übrigens, wir sind voll so Medizinprofessor." "We have fire in our blood, and if we didn't mention yet, we are like absolute academical authority in medicine around here." Overally tho surely what the song video and title tell, it being a parody-satire of some guys.
