Solved: A scarred man in the video

Hey guys,

Looking for some help! I only remember the music video for this song. It is a ballad, from the 90s I'm pretty sure. It is a man singing, I think he has a deep raspy voice. He's badly scarred, or just ugly, ashamed of his appearance. He's singing to the woman he loves, I don't think she sees him. I remember it being a nice love song, but at the same time it's kind of creepy because he follows her around. It's in a park of some sort.

It's like a Beauty and the Beast sort of story. She can't be with him, because he's too ugly or rejected by society. For some reason I'm under the impression that it was for a movie, but that might not be. It was a pretty famous song.
