Solved: Cant find this song...

I keep hearing a song on Radio 1 that i really like, but everytime they announce who it was or what it was called im either distracted or i forget
there are lyrics that go 'To the east to the east' then in another part of the song it says 'to the west to the west' and so on for north and south. CAn anyone tell me who the song is by and what its called?

Ive tried that one but its definately not him, The guy sounds like the singer from rise against but its not them either
