Solved: Please I need help

I heard this song a couple of times but not all of it. I got a line from the chorus and it goes like this:

Chorus: "(a sentence I didn't understand). Nothing lasts forever.....(more words). Everything....(more words).

The song sounds like country. Kind of acoustic. Probably the Eagles sang it, I'm not sure but that may give you an idea. Its also not sang by Maroon 5, Nas, Echo and bunnymen, etc. I only made out "nothing lasts forever" and "Everything" in the chorus.

Hopefully someone gets this. Thanks.
