In my opionion

Das Karussell in meinem Bauch,
nimmt mein verrücktes Herz in Kauf.

ist translated to

The carousel in my belly
accepts my crazy heart

or better (closer to the sense) accepts my heart going crazy.

( Your translation is also right, assuming that "Herz" ist subjec. But the fact that "Das Karusell" ist the subject in the all the other lines off the chorus, suggests, that this is also the fact in this line)

Thanks for looking this over for errors. I considered both ways of translating that line. I could see no definite indicator for which really is the subject. I guess I went with the wrong one. Always learning. Thanks again and also welcome to the forum Ray Alpha.
