This is an infection
spreading to all parts of your brain
gathering a multimedia collection
only way to stop it is to flush it down the drain

The intent is to surpass and amaze
to elate and shake off the daze
to inspire activity collectively
like powder in your nose
coming through the plastic hose

Wake your mind up it has work to do
make it process for you
the words coming out of my mouth
sent as a sound wave telling you not to submit and behave

I want to make you understand
not everything needs to be planned
spontaneous acts ignite opportunity
be creative this infection has no immunity

Let it wash over you and flow through
From head to toes there is no need for foes
we all have our woes
but peace and love will prevail
and pick you up when you fail

The truth is very simple so why complicate
there is no need for lies, frustration, and hate
there really is no debate, on the tip of your tongue is
an argument your mind is unable to create

Are you receiving the signals I am sending
they are a reflection of light bending
I am not trying to sound condescending
but the end is really another beginning

Open your pathways of communication
open the windows of your senses
feel the overwhelming sensation
tear down the netting and fences

Don't expect it to be crystal clear
let go of all resentment and fear
hold my hand and travel sublime

This reminds me of The Sound of Muzak by Porcupine Tree! You've got a lot of good material, however, I feel like the "point" is a bit absent. Maybe you should focus a bit more on what you really wan't to say, and use metaphores that will help you do just that.
