first of all let me tell you that in Tunisian "ya lella" is an appelation of a women to valorise her. I don't know if there is any equivalent in english. it is more than 'madam' because madam seems neutral but 'ya lella' is warmer. you'll may be laugh but as if the man is saying "your excellency".anyway no one say it anymore , no more romance
