Plz Help!

I have a diffucult one for ANYONE whos game...

the only lyric I can remember is in alow voice the song goes.. "they spun a web for me"
the music video is in clay animation and all in black and white....it has an inventor in it who invents goggles that open up a colorfull world and make the character wealthy....I know its not much but its driving me crazy!...plz help
