Bahaa' El Dine Qaraqoosh is the full name.. I'm not sure the exact position but he used to be the servant to Salah El Din Al Ayoubi.. so this is loooong ago I think he was later appointed to governor? the Arabic is قراقوش I guess I'll have to read up on him cuz I don't know much about what kind of a man he was, I can tell by the context of the song though that he wasn't favorable.. and I believe he was unjust in some situations.. Also I think he was like superstitious.. Don't quote me on it though. I could be wrong
