    There you are:

    Ήμαρτον – I sinned

Μια φυλακή μπορεί να ήταν η ζωή μου μακριά σου – My life could be a prison away from you
αν ήσουν πιο ειληκρινής και αν όντως χτύπαγε η καρδιά σου – If you were more honest and your heart was indeed beating

Την προδοσία δεν την ανέχομαι – I don’t tolerate treachery
ψέυτικά δάκρυα εγώ δεν δέχομαι – I don’t accept fake tears
ψεύτικες λέξεις και υποσχέσεις – Fake words and promises
φτάνει,φτάνει,φτάνει,φτάνει... That’s enough, enough, enough, enough

Ήμαρτον η απιστία – I sinned; the infidelity
ήμαρτον είναι αμαρτία – I sinned; is a sin
να χαίρεσαι τον άντρα της ζωής σου – Enjoy the man of your life
σε κείνονε να πας και εγώ μαζί σου – Go to him, and I’m with you

Ήμαρτον η απιστία – I sinned; the infidelity
ήμαρτον είναι αμαρτία – I sinned; is a sin
και ας φεύγεις από δω χωρίς κυρώσεις – Even if you leave this place with no sanctions
καλή επιτυχία ν' ανταμώσεις – May you come across with good luck

Μόνο ο Θεός γνωρίζει πράγματα που θα'κανα για σένα – Only God knows the things I’d do for you
αν σε αγάπαγα πιο πάνω απ'τα πάντα κ από μένα – Whether I loved you more than all, and me

    -------------

Notice that Ήμαρτον literally means "I sinned"; indeed it's the first person of past tense of the verb "αμαρτάνω" (=sin, as a verb). But the songwriter uses it as a noun, thus at several points the lyrics make no sense, even in Greek!

It can be used as a noun (the equivalent is "peccavi" as in "cry peccavi"), but not like this; anyway, it's no big deal.

"I have fear for nothing and I have hope for nothing, I am, therefore, free."
