I have a partial clip of the song. I dont know what music category it would fall under. Perhaps Techno? The song is sung by a woman.

I assumed this song would be called "Skin on skin" as thats the chorus but I drew a blank searching for that using google. There are songs with that name but the lyrics are not the same.
