Identify an animated music video with moon a boat

Hello guys,

I need help to identify a music video. I wasn't completely sober when I saw it, and very tired. I can't remember the lyrics neither the artist. All I can remember is that the music video was animated, and it was about a guy sailing in a boat. I think moon may has something to do with this but I'm not sure. As for the colors, I remember a lot of blue (dark shade of blue I guess. Help appreciated, many thanks!
