Zulmü Alkışlayamam

Zulmü alkışlayamam, zalimi asla sevemem;
I can't acclaim the cruelty,I can never love the cruel

Gelenin keyfi için geçmişe kalkıp sövemem.
I can't swear at past for the pleasure of coming

Biri ecdadıma saldırdımı,hatta boğarım!...
If someone swaears my ancestors,I will even choke

-Boğamazsın ki
-But you won’t choke

-Hiç olmazsa yanımdan kovarım.
-At least I will send away

Üçbuçuk soysuzun ardından zağarlık yapamam;
I can't grovel behind sketchy bastard

Hele hak namına haksızlığa ölsem tapamam.
Above all I will never admire injustice in the name of justice

Doğduğumdan beridir,aşığım istiklale;
I'm in love with independence since I was born

Bana hiç tasmalık etmiş değil altın lale!
The golden tulip never put a stay on me

Yumuşak başlı isem, kim demiş uysal koyunum
If I am compliant who said that I am a docile sheep

Kesilir belki, fakat çekmeye gelmez
It may be cut, but my neck doesn't submit

Kanayan bir yara gördüm mü yanar ta ciğerim,
If I see a bleeding wound I suffer great hardship

Onu dindirmek için kamçı yerim, çifte yerim!
To stop it,I'll be whipped,I'll be kicked

"Adam aldırma geç git" diyemem,aldırırım.
I can't say ,"Nevermind,forget it",I'll mind

Çiğnerim, çiğnenirim, hakkı tutar kaldırırım!
I'll crush,I'll be crushed,I'll hold the justice and raise it up
