I'm sorry to say, but it's a bit vague semantically.
May I suggest some alterations, so it translates more fluidly into Bosnian(in italics)?

Just wanted you to know: I love you.
Samo sam željela(if you're female)/želio(if you're male) da znaš: Volim te.
Months have passed since we became (close) friends.
Mjeseci su prošli otkako smo postali (bliski) prijatelji.
Every day I find: I'm thinking of you.
I svakog dana nalazim: mislim na tebe.
Though no word of yours sends that same message,
I ako nijedna tvoja rijeć mi ne daje isti taj znak,
We still share all our thoughts and feelings:
Mi ipak djelimo sve naše misli i osjećanja:
I can barley wait to tell you of my day,
Jedva čekam da ti pričam of svom danu,
And for you to uncover all your thoughts and worries(/ideas) to me.
I da mi ti otkriješ sve svoje misli i brige(/zamisli.)

And because all that I hope we'll walk down the same way.
I zbog sveg tog se nadam da ćemo ići niz isti put.
By telling you all this- I'm opening a door
Govoreći ti sve ovo- otvaram ti vrata
That will never close again, still
Koja se nikada više neće zatvoriti, ipak
I must, because I yearn for something more.
Moram, zato što žudim za nećim više.
Something for which; I must put all on the dice to get it.
Nešto za šta moram sve staviti na kocku da dobijem.
Some night, perhaps, we'll go hang out somewhere;
Jedne ćemo se noći, možda, negdje družiti;
I will reach my hand to you, and you'll be there.
Ja ću ti ruku pružiti, a ti češ biti tu.

The translation without any alterations on my part:
Samo sam željela da znaš: Volim te.
Mjeseci su prošli otkako smo postali bliski prijatelji.
Svakog dana nalazim, mislim na tebe.
I ako nijedna riječ od tebe tu poruku šalje,
a ipak dijelimo sve misli i osječanja:
Ne mogu čekati da ti pričam o svom danu,
A ti mi daješ šustinu svojih poslova.
Što mi daje nadu da hodamo istim putem.
Reći ti ovo je otvoriti ti vrata
koja se nikad više ne mogu zatvoriti, a ipak
ja moram, zato sto bolujem za nečim više,
Nešto za šta moram sve riskirati da dobijem.
Jedne noći, možda, ćemo se negdje družiti;
Ja ću se prema tebi pružiti, a ti ćes biti tu.
