Long shot...

This is a bit of a long shot. I am trying to pinpoint a tune. I am guessing its from the late 90's, possibly hip hop, possibly reggae. A male singer says 'incredible' in a very deep voice a couple of times during the tune. I am guessing the person saying 'incredible' is the backing or featured singer e.g. not the person who's tune it is. Bit of a long shot sorry...
