This is a foreign pop song, from the early 1990s I think. A woman sings it and I absolutely love this song. I am not sure of the language.

I do not know th song, but the langugae sounds russian to me.

Well, it's by far not unusual that Portuguese is hard to figure out because pronunciation is indeed SO much different from written language ... I was once looking for a song called "Magicamente", however, it pronounces like "mazhka-menntchee", so it was really a tiresome hunt... =)
