"Baby" in the Egyptian dialect is "tifl" (طفل) or "baby" (yes, the same as English), the latter is usually used by women.

As for the word "3ayyel" (عيل), it is a general word for a child. A 12-year-old kid can be referred to as "3ayyel".

like Viva said - jemel: to compliment or if it's pronounced "jamaal" then it's beauty

-7ata 2hli maleton: this could also be as Viva said unless they're saying "maleiton" then it's "even my family I am sick of/bored from them"

-metel w7ed bensejin: just as someone who is imprisoned

-w eza el cha5es elwa7ed yali mehtmetlo enti w 3ishe kermlo: you are the only person I have ever given any importance and I am living for your sake

-eza enti met3l2a be el 7yat kermal 7abebik w yali kel she be 7yatik kman ma behimik: if you have a desire for life because of your lover then everything in your life shouldn't matter

    - eno ma 2htam la kalam el nas: I mean, you should not care for people's gossip

    - ma be7bo yitrko el wa7ed la wad7o : they don't like to leave anyone alone

    - ana yali ma2soud: What I mean is

kel temi men 7amo: my mouth is full of blisters??

    - kef lama d3edi sheftik men jewa w ba3din yitla3lik she abid: you know what it's like when you bite your lip from the inside and then something white appears?

I think in Gulf they say:
جاهل لكن تلفظ ياهل والجمع جهال وتلفظ يهال
Yahil (originally jahil but pronounced as yahil), it's plural is Yahal

how to translate "whither" (like literarily for "to where/whereto") or "thither, where [I once lived...]" (as in relative clauses) to proper Fus7a?

    Thanks in advance
