batta,2outa,ghazal,na3ja (or smth like that,it's libanese)...
is it "nice" to give such animal names for others?? or is it rather to make fun of someone ?

Not all animals are nice but some of them are cute, like :
batta = duck
2outta = cat
ghazal = gazelle
baj3a = Pelican
