I write song lyrics but I don't play instruments or sing. So I kind of would like to find someone who wants to use some of my lyrics.

Me and my friend have been writing some music but without good lyrics. I understand you have lyrics but no music to accompany them. We would be interested for you to mail us some of your song lyrics then we'll record them and send them back to you (mp3 format).
All we ask in return is that , if possible, you would write lyrics to some of our music.
Hopefully we'll be able to build a partnership in the near future.
