Okay...nevermind on that one. I found it. It's "Wienerschnitzel" by The Descendants.

Now I'm looking for a punk song that's just music until the very end. It's kinda silly circus like music that's supposed to be ice cream truck music & at the end they scream, "ICE CREAM!"
