Song with lyrics very softly sung "I cant help myself...."

Heard this on the radio the other day sounds like its maybe from the 80's or more probably 90's goes something like "cant help myyyself, im so inlove"

It is sung very softly I think there were male and female voices, tried searching on google for lyrics but dont get any good results, anyone got any ideas?

The only old(er) song I can remember with "I can't help myself" is an eponymous classic motown soul tune by the Four Tops (female cover by the Supremes), but that's 70s and maybe a bit too old...
