90's Rap Song with Spanish Chorus

I believe it was a song in the nineties. It's by a rap group (at least I remember several rappers being in the song), and the chorus was sung by a woman in Spanish (or another language). In the music video, the rappers are walking around a type of club, and when the woman sings, I think it shows her in red lingerie on a balcony that looks like it's in an alley-way. The song itself is played in the background of an Andy Milonakis show, and it was on Total Request Live a couple times waaaaay back when Carson Daly was the host. Someone please tell me what this song is called if you know it!
