Could somebody please help me identify the opening song of the following youtube video?

After checking the You Tube link, the only track I know which sounds similar is David Bowie's track 'Black Tie White Noise'.
There have been many remixes of this track and I have most of them (each one is very different). It's definitely not any of the ones I have. However, Bowie did release a CD Promo only version with 'CHR' and 'Churban' Mixes on, none of which I have heard. There is a possibility it may be one of these or some other mix. It sounds live to me.
It may even be a cover version of the track but with little intro to go by, it's difficult to tell, although the voice on the clip saying 'Yeah' definitely sounds like Bowie.

There is another You Tube link below to a Live version of the track by Bowie (not the clearest of sound mixes) but you kinda get the idea of the intro and although it's not note for note perfect to the one you're looking for, it may help you in finding what you want. If not, good luck with your search anyway and let me know if you do find out what it is.
