Hi Zahra2008, first of all, thanks for your input.

I changed “pararme” by “parar” as I felt, effectively, that the reflexive pronoun is not necessary.

About the other suggestions, I noticed that may be based on the subtitled videoclip I wrote as link, or maybe it was just a coincidence.

I didn’t pretend to reproduce exactly that subtitles of other people as I think a text could be translated in several ways while maintaining the sense of it. I did mine, but I keep the same videoclip link if you prefer the other.

Note too, that “SE SIENTE como un mundo sobre mis hombros” maybe doesn’t sound as natural in my Country than “PARECE un mundo sobre mis hombros”. There are just different ways to speak, as valid one than the other. World is big and common expressions change slightly even within the same language.
