Exclamation Searching For Older Reggae Song - Help!

My Father (a longtime reggae lover from Italy who turned me on to the greatest music in the world as a youth) broke out an old mix tape that he recorded off of a Saturday night reggae show on Philadelphia's WDAS FM some 15-20 years ago. I listened to a song that he has been searching for in hopes that I would recognize the artist or the song. No dice. The recording is not of decent quality, and the words are hard to make out.

The beginning of the song seems to be sung by a young male singer (a youth) who at one point sings "rock it in the rub a dub style".

Later, a more mature male voice sings: "praise Jah and his mighty hands" and "praise Jah in this century". The song seems to conclude with the lyric "say farewell to all Babylon world".

If anyone can help me identify this song, I (and my father) will be eternally grateful.

    Much Respect,

    Vince
