Virginia Jetzt! is good at relaxed, understated pop-rock.

I had a bit of trouble translating this towards the middle. I hope everything came out clear.

For a long time, it's been unsure.

Denn manchmal frag' ich mich
Still, I sometimes ask myself,

Man kann sicher nicht behaupten
You can't claim for sure
Dass es besser wär, wenn es anders wird
that it'd be better if it were different.
Aber anders muss es werden

if it's going to become better.
Es fällt dir ein in dem Moment
In that second, it occurs to you:

even though it's not always easy.

Again, quite good translated

* Um festzuhalten, was schön ist
to cling to, of what is beautiful,

=> To hold tight what is beautiful

Nach Jahren der Verschwendung
Years after its disappearance,

=> After years of wasting [ Verschwendung = waste / verschwinden = disappear ]

Ist es reality in Echtzeit
it's reality for real.

=> It's reality in real-time

* Wenn man jemandem Halt gibt
when a person holds someone.

=> Jemandem Halt geben = to be an anchor for someone [ I guess this is the english expression for it ]

* Der längst nicht mehr sicher steht
For a long time, it's been unsure.

=> Who is standing unsure since a long time

Und dabei lieb ich dich so sehr
And so, I love you so much

=> And yet, I love you so much
