Culcha Candela is cool not only because their music rocks. They are quite multilingual. On one album, you can find music sung in a mix of German, Spanish, and English. I think that's muy toll!

=> Der Wind der sich dreht, is an expression meaning a change of luck/fate

No more ego-ego, where elbows will stop at nothing. [I'm guessing that it means there's no more egotistic people who use their elbows to push people past]
=> Über Leichen gehen = be ready to go over corpses to get what you want
* Zieh mehr Bewegung in Erwägung um nicht einzugeh'n
Put more movement into consideration not to *** [I'm not sure which meaning of eingehen is implied here]
=> I don't find the English word for "eingehen", it means become lazy/small like when you wash something and it becomes smaller from it, than the shirt is eingegangen [ don't know if this is clear ] So here, he wants to do some actions not to become a "vegetable"

-For "über Leichen gehen," I understand the meaning of that phrase, but where Ellenbogen come into play in the translation? "Where elbows will stop at nothing to get what they want"? Is "Ellenbogen" slang for something?
-With the "eingehen" line, maybe it would be loosely translated as something like, "Work towards a consideration of not shrinking down"? Still sounds goofy, but I get the meaning it's implying now.
