Can anybody identify the Jazz intrumental Song

Hi, all

Can anybody tell me what this instrumental is? I'll post the link from youtube with an extract of the song being played in the back ground. I saw this TV Documentary back around 2003, and have been trying to figure out what this piece of music is called.
