Mostly Instrumental Hip-Hop-ish Song

This song is from the 80s or 90s (I think). It's mostly instrumental. I have attached a sound file of me on my keyboard trying to demonstrate the main melody. I am not very good, so I hope you can get the melody.

The main melody is a simple piano riff, repeated all through the song. This song has a strong beat, almost hip-hop, but not quite. There are some spoken parts, where the guy says "North South East West..." and at one point I think he says "Lets go get Sally" but that could be wrong.
