partizanka, I'm glad you liked Aylin Aslım recommendations.
Feridun Düzağaç's lyrics are way tooooooooooo good.
I've just downloaded Artık Kısa Cümleler Kuruyorum album. I've missed listening to those songs.

Zakkum. Obsessed for a while.
Sorry, Mila (can't call you Millie for some reason) I got too eager when I saw you hadn't heard this band. I love them. His voice takes a little getting used to maybe, but I love the music, the lyrics, the oddly fascinating drummer.
So, please give these a chance when you have the time. My only problem was trying to choose which song to post. (I love also so much Kapat Perderlerimi, Yaralısın, Zehr-i Zakkum (with that guy Teoman ), Hipokondriyak (some of the best lyrics I've ever heard:
Her birliktelik kalbinin emzireceği bir yeni bebektir. Önce emeklemeyi sonra yürümeyi öğretmen gerekir...Bir şeye çok uzun süre bakarsan onu görmemeye başlıyorsun. Hayat, keşke bu kadar etobur olmasaydı> Every relationship is a newborn baby that the heart will breastfeed. First you must teach it to crawl, then to walk...When you look at something for so long, you begin to not see it. Life- I wish it were not so carnivorous. Brilliant.)
but finally decided on Anlıyorsun and Ağlat Beni.)
Am I the only one who thinks the singer looks like a cracked Harry Potter?

And Mjesec, I've read the lyrics to T.A.K. Why do you think I want a translation so much? We Bosnians have no taste, so if you're feeling shy, we can post the thread in the Slavic forum.
(Yech, I just read someone's translation of a song "Srpkinja je mene majka rodila> My mother bore me as a Serbian girl"...)
P.S. I've seriously considered making a thread called "Lyrics for the 12-year-old boy in everyone"...Including lyrics from Anemi, Panik, Buz, Dorian

You know, I've been joking (well, half-joking) about wanting a translation for T.A.K. But I just listened to it again right now, and I actually really like the song. (Does that make me a bad person?) I hated it first time I heard it. But the rest of their songs seem so depressing...that's maybe their happiest one!
Milena- Mehmet I like, but it took me by surprise. He looks so much like my friend Zlatko in some of the pictures. And like someone else, but I can't think of who it is at the moment. But very nice. (And I resent your comment about my taste. )

If only there was a thank you button for that picture, Milena.
Will all this TAK talk, maybe this thread title should be changed to "Songs You're Perversely Fascinated With."

"Into the Sun" is going to be released as a single (hopefully in Turkey, too) and from what I know from Can Işık (the group's leader) they are also preparing the video.
If someone's interested in the mp3 file - send me your e-mail address and I'll send it to you
I guess Milena and Partizanka might also like their Turkish song titled "Savaş" (mp3 files upon request )
"My Istanbul" was also released in the Turkish language version as "Istanbulum".
