Please don't misunderstand my request of this very dramatic, angry and impressing song. My only political statement is that I have two wishes for Iran. First I wish you to overbear soon the aggressive international encirclement and to prevent the upcoming war! Second I wish Iran a peaceful but also fruitful internal life. In one word, I wish you to find the third way, so many stout-hearted people all over the world are longing for since ages. Then it might be less important, what sign has been set in the middle of your flagg. I hope.

OMG, I have to translate one of Namjoo's songs.
I think it's almost impossible to translate it word by word, just look at this paragraph:

Ok my friend, I'll do my best to translate it in a literal translation style, with some footnotes for sure.

I should add something here; it's my interpretation of the song and it maybe not correct, so any other interpretations are welcome.

I know well, that equal how good the translation may be, I only can catch a small part of the original sense. But this is so wonderful with music and arts: We understand each other as human beeings without explicit words and sentences. We know us, because we are humans. Your translation is good, but he says bal bal not bol bol, so it has nothing to do with a nightingale.

Bal bal zadan is colloquial for thrashing, or flailing, about and making noises -- struggling.

I knew it was bal bal my friend and I've found so many meanings for it:

1- It refers to bâl bâl zadan and it means a vain attempt
2- It refers to the sound of the nightingale, and it means imitating the nightingale in a foolish way (the result is also would be catastrophic)
3- Acting in a haste and without proper consideration

I've chosen the second one cuz it related mostly to the context.

I should highlight, "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (1966) & "Bonnie and Clyde" (1967) which were very inspiring in Iran in that time.

Some people even make a connection between this "Bang Bang" phenomenon and Iran's Revolution.
